AccessHealth: ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To be eligible for AccessHealth Lowcountry services you must meet the following criteria.

You Must:

• Be uninsured

• Be a resident of Beaufort or Jasper County

• Be between the ages or 19 to 64

• Have an income that is below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level
